The items purchased did not meet our expectations despite those were the items that we used to use.
We have raised a reclamation to Audisana.
They were very supportive and understanding to handle the situation.
In the end we asked for refund for the items we purchased, requesting them not to charge any extra fees or whatsoever.
They retunred our fees without requesting us to return the items.
This was of course not our aim and much more then what we expected.
Thanks to Audisana for their professional approach to matter.
